Optimal Timing for AMP-T PRP After Your Hair Transplant
Guidance for Beverly Hills patients of Dr. Ischayek.
- Intra-op (Day 0): AMP-T PRP is administered during your procedure to prime the graft microenvironment.
- Weeks 1–6 (healing): We generally do not add PRP in this window unless specifically directed by your physician.
- Months 3–4 (optional): One booster may be considered for higher-need cases (e.g., diffuse miniaturization, pronounced shed, lower scalp perfusion) — physician-directed.
- Month 6 (recommended): Standard AMP-T PRP booster to support the anagen ramp and density consolidation.
- Maintenance (every 6–12 months): Ongoing PRP as needed based on pattern progression and goals.
