3,000 graft hair transplant result

Case Description

This patient received 3,000 grafts FUE at the AlviArmani Beverly Hills Clinic to restore Zones 1 and 2 of the scalp. He presented with a Norwood Class III hair loss pattern, corresponding to Pattern 2 Class 4 on the AlviArmani Hair Loss Scale.

Case Strategy

The primary objective of this FUE hair transplant was to recreate a dense, natural-looking frontal region using Vitruvian FUE™. The surgical plan emphasized strong framing of the face, symmetry across Zones 1 and 2, and a seamless blend into existing hair, ensuring the restoration would be both youthful and undetectable.

Hairline Design Considerations

Our design approach followed the Vitruvian Design™ principles—anchoring the hairline to facial architecture. We evaluated brow height, forehead curvature, and temple recession to develop a refined, masculine hairline. Soft macro-irregularities were introduced for realism, and temple angle closure was used to reinforce the aesthetic flow. The result: a tailored, permanent restoration that complements the patient's facial proportions for years to come.
