Costs, Consultations & Expectations

Dr. Michelle Ischayek Hair Transplant AlviArmani Beverly Hills

How much does a hair transplant cost?

Most procedures at AlviArmani range from $8,000 to $30,000, depending on graft count, complexity, and hairline artistry. VIP procedures—which include custom travel arrangements, luxury recovery, and added discretion—may exceed this range based on individual requests. A no-obligation consultation will provide your personalized quote.

Have you performed celebrity hair transplants?

Yes. Since 1999, AlviArmani has treated public figures, athletes, and CEOs with complete discretion. Our VIP concierge service handles everything from private travel to post-op luxury accommodations.

Does the hair transplant really work?

Absolutely. Transplanted hair from the donor area (back and sides of the scalp) is genetically resistant to balding and continues to grow for life. Results are permanent.

Can anyone undergo a hair transplant?

Candidates typically have healthy donor hair and a pattern of androgenetic alopecia. We do not treat conditions like alopecia areata or trichotillomania.

Is there a right age for a hair transplant?

Yes—with qualifications. We have a minimum age of 23 for patients without a secondary cause of hair loss due to the significant changes in facial structure that can occur before that age. Proper future-proofing requires stability in facial dimensions and hair loss pattern.

How do I know how many grafts I’ll need?

This depends on your hair loss classification, desired density, and future goals. During your consultation, our team will assess your scalp and recommend a personalized plan.

What makes AlviArmani different from other clinics?

We combine scientific innovation (Vitruvian FUE™, Microscalp Technology) with world-class artistry and white-glove service. From our Research Institute to our international clinics, we set the global standard in hair restoration.

Is a hair transplant worth it?

For many patients, yes. A successful transplant improves confidence, restores a youthful appearance, and reduces dependence on temporary solutions.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. We offer virtual consults for domestic and international patients, with personalized assessment and follow-up.

Do you offer assessments without a consultation by email?

Yes. With the exchange of clear photos via email, we can provide a candidacy assessment without requiring a full consultation.

Procedure Types & Planning

Dr. Barton Performing Injectables of Non Surgical Hair Loss Solutions

What is the FUE method and how is it different?

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) removes follicles individually without scalpels or stitches. It leaves no linear scar and heals more quickly than strip methods.

What is Vitruvian FUE™?

Our proprietary technique combines angle precision, density optimization, and facial harmony to deliver unmatched aesthetic results.

Is FUE invasive?

No. It is minimally invasive, uses micro-incisions, and requires no stitches.

Do all clinics offer FUE?

No. Some clinics still offer strip (FUT) methods. AlviArmani has exclusively used FUE since 2008.

What is a Mega-Session?

A Mega-Session transplants over 4,000 grafts in a single day to maximize coverage and density.

What is high-density implantation?

It refers to placing grafts close together, especially in the hairline, to achieve natural-looking density in a single session.

Can I have more than one transplant?

Yes. Hair loss may continue over time. We create a long-term strategy to preserve donor availability.

Can women undergo hair transplants?

Absolutely. FUE is an excellent option for women experiencing thinning or pattern hair loss.

Do you treat African American or curly hair types?

Yes. Our team is skilled in working with all hair types, including coiled and curly hair.

What is included with AlviArmani Vitruvian FUE?

  • Amp-T PRP
  • Ampligraf Operative Solutions
  • FUE Surgical Procedure
  • Perioperative Instructions and Adjuncts as Appropriate

Can I wear my hair short after?

Yes. Our natural density allows undetectable result even when hair is short.

Are Providers present for the entire procedure?

Yes. Each graft is a living organ that should be treated with the utmost care. At AlviArmani we believe providers must be involved in all parts of the procedure. This is in line with our philosophy that each transected follicle, is a lost organ system.

Recovery, Growth & Results

Before, Post Op and After Results of FUE Hair Transplant AlviArmani

How long does the procedure take?

All procedures are completed in one day, regardless of size. No overnight stay is required.

How painful is post-surgery?

Most patients feel mild discomfort. Pain medication is offered, but many resume activities quickly.

How long is healing time?

FUE heals within 7–10 days. Scabbing resolves quickly, and patients can resume normal routines within a week.

When will I grow new hair?

Growth starts around 3–4 months post-procedure. Full results develop over 12–18 months.

Will I look natural?

Yes. Each hairline is custom-designed using our Vitruvian Design™ system to complement facial symmetry.

Will I have a scar?

FUE leaves tiny circular marks that are nearly invisible, even with short haircuts.

What is shock loss?

Temporary shedding of surrounding hairs due to surgical stress. It typically resolves within a few months.

Are the results permanent?

Yes. Transplanted hair retains its original genetic resistance to DHT.

Can I wear a hat after my procedure?

Yes, usually after 3 days. Our team will guide you on safe post-op practices.

How soon can I return to work?

Most patients return within 3–7 days. Executive Non-Shave patients may return even sooner.

What are transection and follicular growth rates?

Transection is accidental damage during harvesting. Ours is under 5%. Our growth rate exceeds 95% with proper post-op care.

Is there more than one donor area?

Yes. We primarily use the back and sides of the scalp. In special cases, body or beard hair may be used.

Are there limitations to FUE?

While FUE is versatile, outcomes depend on hair quality, density, and long-term planning.

Why is follicle selection important?

FUE allows strategic selection based on hair angle, thickness, and color to match native hair and produce natural results.

What is Microscalp Technology?

A proprietary assay that evaluates follicular viability, improving outcomes by ensuring only the best operative solutions are used.

Do you offer non-surgical options?

Yes. These include AMP T-PRP, exosomes, SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation), and the Origenere® hair wellness system.
