Crown Fundamentals: Whorl, Flow & Density Gradients

Crown work is unique: the hair grows in a radial pattern (the whorl) that must be recreated precisely. Our Vitruvian FUE planning matches the patient’s native swirl direction(s), uses density gradients to avoid a “plugged” look, and maintains natural transitions into the mid-scalp. For double-whorl variants, we map each swirl independently and blend the interface for seamless flow.
