Dr. Michelle Ischayek is a dual-boarded osteopathic physician and a nationally recognized leader in FUE hair restoration. As the Medical Director of AlviArmani Beverly Hills and Director of Female Hair Restoration for AlviArmani International, she carries forward the legacy of artistic precision and technical mastery that has long defined the AlviArmani name.

A Southern California native, Dr. Ischayek graduated magna cum laude from UCLA and earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and her residency in Emergency and Family Medicine at Jefferson Northeast in Philadelphia.

Dr. Ischayek has been a protégé of the late Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi—world-renowned in the field of hair restoration—since 2004. Under his mentorship, she developed her expertise in the Vitruvian Methodology, AlviArmani’s signature approach to hairline design that combines facial symmetry, proportion, and individualized artistry. Following Dr. Baubac’s passing, she has humbly and confidently stepped forward to carry the baton as the Medical Director of AlviArmani Beverly Hills, honoring his vision while advancing the field of hair restoration with her own leadership and innovation.
