Education and Medical Training
A Southern California native, Dr. Ischayek graduated magna cum laude from UCLA before earning her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and her residency training in Emergency and Family Medicine at Jefferson Northeast in Philadelphia.
Training in the Vitruvian Methodology
Dr. Ischayek began training under the late Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi in 2004. Through nearly two decades of mentorship, she developed extensive expertise in the Vitruvian Methodology—AlviArmani’s signature approach to hairline design based on facial structure, symmetry, proportion, and long-term planning.
Today, Dr. Ischayek carries that methodology forward through her own clinical judgment, surgical leadership, and individualized approach to hair restoration.
