The patient exhibited significant frontal and temple recession. Using Vitruvian FUE, our goal was to redesign the hairline, restore temple angles, and rebuild density across the frontal scalp.

Technique & Planning Highlights

• Density Strategy: Denser placement in the first cm for visual impact; feathering into mid‐frontal for a natural flow.
• Angle & Direction: Matching native hair to ensure seamless blending, especially at temples.
• Donor Harvest: Occipital & parietal zones with optimized graft selection to preserve donor aesthetics.

Results Summary

Post‐op, the restoration shows restored temple recession, a sharp yet natural hairline, and a full frontal density that complements the patient’s facial features. The donor area remains discreet and neat.
